Queuing Operations - Users now have the ability
to queue up multiple operations from the Add Operations Screen and add
them as line items to their estimate all at once.

The New Follow Feature - Entering a case and
clicking the new Follow Button will allow users to receive both emails
and text message notifications when the desired case has been updated.
The types of notifications generated can be selected and edited from
within individual user profiles.

The New Job Title Field - Users now have the
ability to update their user profile with their job title information.
Entering ones job title within their user profile helps others outside
of your location to better identify whom they are sending case notes
to.

The Enhanced Add Adjustment Feature - Users now
have the ability to add multiple line item operations to an estimate
without having to leave the Add Operations Screen when using the newly
enhanced Add Adjustment Feature.

New Complaint Note Column Feature - Users now have
the ability to add the new Complaint Column to their All Estimates
Screen. This will allow users to snag a quick view of the individual
Complaint notes within each case from one centralized location.

Enhanced Reply by Email with Attachments - Users
now have the ability to attach documents when replying directly to
email notifications generated by the application. Attached documents
will be placed in the attachments area of the service event.

New Downtime and Uptime data Fields - Users now
have the ability to enter a Downtime upon receiving a unit in need of
service, and an Uptime when the service has been completed. This will
supply the customer with a total service time.
New Tag Number Field - Now users have a new field
available to help keep track of Key Tag numbers on the Editing Estimate
screen.
New Correction Field - On the Editing Estimate
Screen within the Breakdown Information area a new Correction data
field has been added.

The New Bill To Feature - In cases where another
party other then the customer maybe obtaining the final bill on a
service users now have the ability to attribute the second parties
billing information to an existing case.
Edit Breakdown Information - Users can now edit
and capture breakdown/service request information within the new
Breakdown Information section of the Editing Estimate screen.
